Julienne Tut-10, an Eskimo woman on Labrador island, confronted a brutal attack by her husband Epparam and struck back to save her two children. The Supreme Court acquitted her after she described the fight, being injured by blows from her husband’s son, then stabbing and firing on him.
Clayton Van Doran found guilty of a serious case involving his wife Julienne and their three children on an island. Julienne testified that Ep p m attacked with public safety items, fatally harming the infant and her 11-year-old, while she killed her husband in a desperate bid to save the others. The jury urged life imprisonment with hard labor for Van Doran as his lawyers prepared a motion for a new trial.
New Hampton Indiana October session of Chickasaw County grand jury ended with no criminal indictments. All jail-term cases were withdrawn or dismissed. Jury members included J. Lukes Utlen Township and F. Rein geke New Hampton among others. District court opened Monday with grand jury work. Tuesday was default day and Wednesday the grand jury filed its report. A civil docket was scheduled to begin Monday, Oct. 11.
