The Call and the Answer pageant at Westminster church

A pageant titled The Call and the Answer was staged last evening in Westminster Presbyterian Church before the Woman's Synodical Society for Missions of the Iowa Synod. The production featured a striking red cross lighting effect and underscored four aims prayer power program and personality. Mary Pratt, a veteran missionary, received a silent tribute as the audience reflected on fifty years of service in India. Miss Gertrude Schultz and Nettie DeJong shared missionary perspectives from China and around the world as the Iowa synod prepares for ongoing mission field support and education. Tonight a 30 minute organ recital precedes Miss Schultz's address His Star in the East with further sessions planned through Friday.
