Planned Improvements at Electric Park Upgrade
Abe Petersen the concessionaire manager began extensive improvements at Electric Park during the off season. The major change is a 66 by 66 foot dance floor expansion with a 12 foot wide promenade on three sides increasing capacity by 125 couples. Plans include moving the refreshment booth over a new basement to store soft drinks, rearranging booths and buildings, relocating the shooting gallery, and adding new amusements. Cost over 6000 dollars. Wor Johnson Parker, general manager, aims to make Electric Park a premier summer resort in the West.
