Film stars added to list of tax evaders
Eleanor Boardman and King Vidor, both Hollywood figures, were named in federal charges for income tax evasions in the mid 1920s. Boardman faced an indictment for 1926 and 1927 taxes, and Vidor for 1925 and 1926. Dr John L Kestel of 1418 Fourth Street West Iste yesterday purchased the x ray equipment of the late Dr Joseph Rowntree. The deal includes equipment from St Francis and Presbyterian hospitals. Kestel now in Rochester will take charge Monday with office at 708 Black Building.
