Dike graduates 11 girls and 7 boys in class day
The Dike consolidated schools staged class day exercises Friday evening in the school auditorium. A baccalaureate sermon by Dr. Frank Cole is planned for May 26 at the Methodist church. The royalty play Come Out of the Kitchen will be shown May 27 and 28. Commencement on May 30 features Bruce Gates of Waterloo delivering the main address to a class of 18. The 18 students include 11 girls and seven boys with a full cast listed. The spring festival drew 500 to 800 attendees followed by a Reinbeck vs Dike baseball game 4 1 0.
