Iowa lawmakers push 100 million road bonds plan
Des Moines reports a group of state legislators backs a $100,000,000 road bond program to replace the earlier $85,000,000 plan. Proposals include raising gasoline tax to 3 cents, eliminating assessments on time road taxes, and reimbursing paid assessments on primary roads.
