Marek Olerich aged 15 is dead in Breda after drinking an entire bottle of medicine prescribed for him. He accompanied his father to a physician and a drug store, received the bottle to carry, and drank the contents when his father looked away. He died shortly after reaching home. medicine is believed to be the cause.
