Dedication of Harding Memorial In Hutchinson Kansas
Editors to attend National Editorial association convention in Los Angeles stop six hours at Hutchinson to dedicate a memorial to Warren G Harding. He visited Hutchinson en route to Alaska in 1923 and halted on his trip to inaugurate the wheat harvest at the Chester O Neil farm. Local school children in Reno county funded the monument.
