Funeral for Judge Joan E. Williams Held in Waterloo
Funeral services for Judge Joan E. Williams, who died at 6 p.m., will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow from the home with Dr. Frank W. Court officiating. Interment at Elmwood. Honorary pallbearers include Judges H. B. Boies and EF. R. Stiles, and active pallbearers drawn from Black Hawk County Bar. The bar association meets at 2:30 p.m. at the courthouse. vehicles are requested to help transport attendees. The court adjourned today in respect, and the clerk Fred Pettit closed his office during the funeral.
