Police Officer William Venable second shift patrolman in the west business district was suspended by Chief Moblis who will file charges of conduct unbecoming an officer and insubordination with the civil service board to seek dismissal. The action follows a raid at 11 45 p m on Allen street where Venable and a woman were taken to headquarters and released with orders to report.
