Creston Iowa January 24 James Wertch sixty died from injuries in an accident while driving his team. He became cold and wailing with the Hines about his waist. He stumbled and fell scaring the horses which ran away dragging him several blocks. He leaves a widow and seven children. One son Ralph lives in Des Moines.
