Horace Larimer Named Iowa Fair Price Arbiter

Des Moines reports Horace Larimer a Chariton clothing merchant and former mayor is named by Attorney General Palmer to head Iowa fair price commission. He will appoint state and county boards to investigate prices of necessities of life with labor public and distributive industry representation.
