Judge Directs Verdict for Defendant in Kenyon Railroad suit
Independence, Feb 27 Judge G W Dunham directed a verdict for the defendant in the Kenyon versus Illinois Central damage suit. Mrs Kenyon sought 15000 damages for her husband fireman who died filling a tank near Nashua. Attorneys on both sides presented a lengthy trial with 19 witnesses.
