Burger Declares No Compromise In TB Case
A. A. Burger, former county farm agent, urged two strict options to resolve the tuberculosis eradication dispute. He proposed either petition verification to force a cattle test or litigation of the court case with no compromise, insisting the process should be clear and unmolested by outside pressure. Burger said the public could decide by verifying petition signatures and allowing tests if valid, or proceed through the ongoing court action.
