Partners Divide Property After Mutual Dissolution

Ownership of a Commercial Street property between Fourth and Fifth has been dissolved. Original owners H W Grout W W Marsh and J T Sullivan split the sites with Marsh and Sullivan taking the corner at Fifth and Commercial, Grout obtaining the old Central house site, and one tract remaining with specific dimensions and frontages.
