Waterloo Boy Held by Police in Stockton Case
A well dressed boy about 12 years old was reported held by Stockton police. He claimed Waterloo as his home before saying Chicago, then Waterloo again, and the department has no record of a missing boy. Chief Caldwell received a letter from Friesner of Rockwell City seeking information on the U. I Foot family living on Rural Route No. 8 as their mother nears illness and the family’s location remains uncertain.
