Des Moines Aug 9 The state labor advisory board will hold meetings in Dubuque Cedar Rapids Sioux City Albia and Des Moines to plan Iowa s response to the nations 60 day labor needs. A federal state employment bureau will open in Dubuque with others planned in Burlington and Keokuk as recruiters push to fill 1300 unskilled war labor positions by next week.
