Des Moines August 3 reports that the Eighty-eighth division at Camp Dodge is moving overseas while other units, including the 366th Infantry colored regiment, have already sailed. A new Nineteenth Army Division will replace the Eighty-eighth, with training sped up to four to six months. Camp Dodge facilities and experienced officers will aid rapid readiness and discourage sending men elsewhere to fill other divisions.
