The Cedar Falls community mourned Dr James EF Snowden, former pastor emeritus, with services at First Congregational Church Cedar Falls and a later service in Oskaloosa. The procession and pallbearers honored Snowden, who had served 12 years as pastor in Cedar Falls and 15 years in Oskaloosa.
