Concord dispatch reports Township No. 8 in the county learned that Mrs Westmoreland an elderly resident of a small tenement has been left an estate of 52 000 000. A Virginian by birth with wealthy ancestry she had vanished but was found after searches. The will allegedly names a city in Virginia and the aged woman’s sudden wealth astonishes locals.
