Total Eclipse of the Sun Seen Across North America
A January 24 total solar eclipse will darken a narrow band from near Duluth westward through Michigan and Wisconsin to Connecticut and out to sea. Prof. E W Brown of Yale explains predictions rely on gravitation laws and ancient Chaldean cycles. Observatories will photograph the corona and measure the moon’s position during the two minute event.
