The Watauga County Conference appointed a two member Good Roads Committee from each township and a sub committee to draft a county road law for the Legislature. An offer from the U S Office of Public Roads to send an inspector is accepted and an engineer will visit within the week. Roy M Brown signs the notice urging township and school district groups to organize Good Roads associations and send delegates to the Monday meeting.
