Three Baird brothers from Elizabethton Tennessee faced warrants and pursuit after a Valle Crucis incident. Clus Baird was captured after fleeing with Claude and Frank Baird, one battered car pulled from the wreck, and deputies finally jailed both Clus and Claude with bonds set at 1200 and 500 dollars respectively.
