Check passed for stranger in saloon tale of loss
Frank Kramer, owner of Kramer saloon near the E and I depot, cashed a check for a stranger named Rogers or O Neall. The check, allegedly from Central Union Telephone Co construction foreman Hugh C Osborn, bore a fictitious amount not over 40 dollars.
