Stamets a Green's Bridge milkman pleaded guilty and was fined five dollars plus costs, then an additional five cents for court costs and a one dollar fifty cent extra for using oaths. Mayor Johnston granted the larger fine for oath offenses. In Rayle's case the summons was not properly served and default was granted.
