Special to The Washington Pont reports in Rapid City South Dakota that near Oakiston Mrs George Sumner washing dishes in her homestead was carried 700 feet by a funnel shaped cloud. The tornado came from a clear sky and wrecked the building upon landing. She escaped with minor injuries and no other dwellings were hit. The shack was said to have been lifted about 50 feet.
