Rev. Lucian J. Knight was recently named assistant pastor at Central Presbyterian Church located at Third and 1st streets northwest. Installation services are being arranged by Dr. Pitzer, who is attending the meeting in Richmond, Va. Dr. Knight officiated yesterday in Pitzer’s absence and Pitzer plans to return later this week, with a stop in Salem, Va., before returning to the city.
