A special meeting was set for Monday to act on his resignation as Richeson remains in Folk County Jail awaiting murder trial. Evidence includes a white powder capsule found in his rooms and letters seized. officials guard the contents as defense lawyers reportedly hold a letter from the victim to the clergyman.
