Entrance site threat to Seventh street district in Reservation 133
Hartlaon Johnson, chair of the South Washington Citizens Association railroad committee, protests a proposed Seventh street entrance to Reservation 133 used for hauling dirt by the Philadelphia Baltimore and Washington Railroad. He cites a missing sidewalk, daily child pedestrians, and past fatal and near miss railroad accidents to argue the entrance endangers the community. Commissioner Macfarland said the board would review the protest promptly.
