The Mind Holds the Elixir of Youth

The article argues against chasing youth through exotic cures and aging rites, stating youth is a state of mind. It cites psychologists and doctors who link the mind to the body and offers steps: spend time with children, stay engaged, keep working, keep learning, stay optimistic, avoid over eating, and exercise.
