Hanging of William Burge Warrant Issued for Execution
The warrant for the hanging of William Burge colored convicting him of murder was issued yesterday by Clerk of the District Supreme Court Young. The execution is set for next Tuesday between 12 m and 2 p m. Burge has twice been sentenced to hang and no further delay is expected as his counsel failed to file a bill of exceptions within thirty days after judgment.

Intercontinental Sued Over Stock Redemption by Evans
