Voting Rules For District Of Columbia Organization Prizes
Voting began January 16, 1911 and closes May 3, 1911 at 4 PM for District of Columbia lodges clubs churches and schools. Contestants split into three classes with three identical prizes awarded to top vote earners in each class and ballots must clearly name the organization to be counted.
