Campaign Rules Allow DC Lodges Churches and Schools to Vote

The rules permit any lodge church or school in the District of Columbia to compete via blank ballots voting begins January 16 1911 and ends May 3 1911 at 4 PM Contestants are three classes lodges clubs churches religious societies and schools with three identical prizes numbered 1 2 and 3 for each class highest vote winner claims the corresponding prize Votes must clearly indicate the organization and cannot be transferred if ties occur prizes are equally divided among tied organizations
