Hitchcock Stands Pat on Five Civilized Tribes Land

Gallinger pushes pay raise debate in Senate

Senator Gallinger opened the fight in the Senate to increase salaries for members of Congress after a House defeat. Majestic Brings Largest Trans Atlantic Mail Yet

The White Star liner Majestic arrived from Liverpool with the largest trans Atlantic mail ever received in the country. Four thousand six hundred forty bags of mail and parcels post were loaded after a five hour delay at Queenstown. The post-office boat then ferried up to the Majestic’s pier to complete bag transfer.
