Water Rate Hike Authorized for Alexandria Citizens

Affected by a 10 annual connection fee and higher meter rates, many customers face increased bills as the system plans future upgrades including a filtration plant. The ruling spurs opposition from patrons who seek cheaper service amid ongoing construction across the system.
