Special to The Washington Foster Danville April 15 A pastor, Rev Charles N Keniston of the First Congregational Church, was held to the grand jury on bonds of 3200 for paternity and criminal assault after testimonies by Florence Dunesworth and three other young girls. Nine congregation members posted bail. The minister allegedly assaulted a girl in the church study while planning a farewell party and other girls testified to improper liberties. The defense offered no evidence.
