Bigham On Trial Handwriting Compared In Blackmail Case
John W. Rudolph testified as handwriting expert comparing several letters to the anonymous note about £2,500 in gold and a bridge railing. Insanity Inquest Declares Mrs Blivens Crazy Again
A second insanity inquest on Mrs. William Blivens, wife of a Reeve township farmer, found her insane after arguments from her husband and doctors. The board of physicians C H Yenne G W Willeford and A I Donaldson with Squire J W Kellams ruled she was insane. The case titled a peculiar one with claims she imagines people mock her yet otherwise appears sane. Doctors suggested hospital treatment could help or cure.
