Louis W. Keith sues in the circuit court of Daviess County to quiet title to real estate. The complaint names numerous unknown heirs and devisees of deceased defendants, all non residents, asserting their necessity in the case. The defendants are required to appear by February 6, 1906, in Washington to answer or demur. Clerk William A. Wallace notes the filing dated December 14, 1905.
Notice to the heirs and unknown heirs devisees and legal representatives of Banner Brunit John Lee George W Flinn Fredrick Reager Eliza Resler Harrison Lee Eilsa Lee William Critchlow Julia Ann Critchlow and others that Leonard Winklepleck filed a complaint in the Daviess circuit court at Washington Indiana in January term 1906.
