Wreck Wounds Mrs Covema in St Louis Park Crash
Mrs Cora Conema of Washington injured in a scenic car wreck at a St Louis park on Saturday night. Five hurt and park watchman George Kyler killed after attempting to retrieve her blown hat. Kyler died Sunday morning from his injuries. Coroner Tutewiler forwards evidence to the prosecutor.

Harvey Henson a shop employee died this morning from smallpox at his Vincennes Avenue home after several days of critical illness. He is survived by a wife a daughter and one sister Mrs Joseph Church. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery tonight.

Frightened horse disrupts funeral procession in Udon
A buggy horse belonging to John Garten of Udon bolted during a burial procession to Concord cemetery for Ransom Woodruff. The animal injured Earl Dean's buggy and tangled its hind feet with shafts before being quieted. Several ladies fainted from the commotion.

Murdered Boy Buried in Cord Cemetery near Augusta
The body of Ransom Woodruff, son of Lilburn Woodruff, arrived Sunday from Augusta Kansas and was interred Sunday afternoon at Concord cemetery. The 17 year old was killed by three men near Augusta while traveling with Alva Sims and Alfred Bowman from Oklahoma to Colorado. A scuffle over money led to a single gunshot wound. Woodruff died Friday at eleven. Bowman was robbed but had about $2.50. Sims had $100 and fled with the robbers. The trio had been harvesting and heading to Colorado for the winter.

Apprentices Suffer Forehead Cut and Foot Injury at Shop
