Local Band Minstrels Shine At Community Opera House Concert
Citizens Band presented a three part program at the Opera house Thursday night with minstrel, monologue, and band sections. J Alvin Padgett led the minstrel as interlocutor while Charlie Russell and John Floyd starred as end men. the program featured strong solos, a well received Mozart Choir number, and a full orchestra of ten pieces.
