Motorcycle rider killed in Ottumwa crash
Ottumwa, Iowa. Walter Babcock was killed Tuesday evening when struck by a truck driven by Myrl Baggs of Unionville Missouri. Passenger Lloyd Saltar, also of Ottumwa, suffered minor bruises. Saltar said Babcock ran a stop sign and swerved to avoid the truck but was struck as he stopped.
