Balloon sighting over Iowa traced to Sioux Falls launch

Charles C Robison dies at 59 in Washington Iowa
Charles C Chick Robison 59 of 804 South 12th Avenue died Wednesday September 25 1974 in Mercy Hospital Iowa City after two weeks of illness. He was born in Brighton April 4 1915 and lived in Washington 23 years. He worked 26 years as Kent Feed Inc southeast Iowa district sales manager before retirement two years ago. He helped found Melody Lanes Corp and served as its vice president and was a former director of the Washington Golf and Country Club. He leaves four daughters eight grandchildren and several siblings. Funeral Friday at 2 p.m. Sherman Eden Funeral Home with burial at Hillcrest Brighton. Memorials to Epilepsy Foundation of America.
