Miss Ida Reister returned from Brighton where she stayed with sister Ada. Mrs Reister visited the new grandson, W. M. Howard, an old friend of Landlord Seber at the Lafayette House. Mr Howard works for Wanamaker's millinery department and handles buying in New York.
Edward McCormick, president of Citizens' National Bank of St Paul, Neb, died yesterday after returning from Europe for his health. A former Rock Island contractor who lost an arm, he built fortune in railroading and banking. Remains to be shipped for burial tonight.
