DAR Members Attend District Workshop in Burlington
Washington Chapter DAR attended the district workshop at the Christian Church in Burlington on Thursday September 21. Attendees included regent Mrs Robert Kurtz vice regent Mrs Stephen Viggers secretary Miss Nondas Richardson conservation chairman Miss Edna Jones school chairman Mrs Blair Haymes citizenship chairman Mrs Lawrence Zuehlke junior membership chairman and Mrs James France. Mrs Kurtz holds a state insignia chairman post and Mrs France is district junior membership chairman. Mrs Edgar Stewart serves on the district history month committee. Junior bowling meet set for Tuesday at 5 pm in Melody Lanes for boys and girls.
