Hurley McDowell faces a cider theft charge, Samuel Wheeler is charged with administering medicine to a girl with abortion intent, and Washington Iluminating Co. is accused of nuisance. The Brighton Enterprise reports Mrs. Will Hendricks has returned to Pittsburg Pennsylvania. Rumor claims her husband Bill paid her to leave. The couple married recently in Col Wilson's office and have since separated, a common outcome of long distance courtships. John Smelttzer bought two Murray Avenue building lots through the Keeley Agency.
