Sunday Schools of County to Meet
The county Sunday school convention will be at United Presbyterian church, West Chester, on September 22 and 23. Leaders from towns and churches join Walter Hutton and Miss Elizabeth Dean of Des Moines in a program with worship, leadership training, conferences, and district reports. Delegates are urged to register, submit questions, and attend all sessions for a banner and mileage points toward county competition.

Muscatine Eagles May Save $20,000
In Muscatine Iowa on September 15 Judge F D Letts ruled the grand aerie cannot act as a court and therefore must return local lodge property seized after the charter was revoked. The district court decision means the Muscatine Eagles recover property valued near $20,000 from the grand lodge which had taken over the local lodge assets.
