DES MOINES Iowa farmers plan to withhold the 1931 corn crop from the market until 60 cent prices are achieved. Gov Dan W Turner urged a state warehouse act plan to store grain and borrow against it to tide farmers over, while a conference of corn belt governors and bankers backs the storage idea and a push for a special legislative session to simplify the act.
