John Andrew Bergquist born 1848 in Stockholm died after a long illness at 86 after a car accident while delivering Christmas cards near his Washington home. A Rock Island Railway employee for 48 years he retired in 1921. He leaves his wife Anna Louise Lynn Bergquist and son Frank of Chicago. Two sons Elmer and Earnest deceased. Burial in Wim Grove cemetery. Funeral Friday at 8:30 pm conducted by Dr F C Witzieman.
