Traffic Signal at Underpass Approved in City Meeting
City council approved plans for a traffic actuated signal at the North Second Avenue and East Fifth Street intersection just north of the underpass. Brighton men jailed over default charge
Four young men from the Brighton community were sentenced to ten days in the county jail after pleading guilty to a default charge. Sheriff Putnam and Justice of the Peace R. W. Fill coordinated the arrests, and the pigs were recovered and returned to the owner.
