Mrs. Auxeusta Hochstadler died at eight this morning in Washington County Hospital where she had been a patient since last Thursday. A Keota resident for years she lived with her sister at 12 East Main Street after an accident left her with a broken hip. Funeral services are set for Monday at 2 PM in Marsh Funeral Home Keota with burial in Keota cemetery. Born in Davenport July 23 1886 she was married in 1887 to August Hochstadler and later moved to Keota. she was the oldest of six children, now all deceased except Mrs. Louise White. Survivors include a niece Mrs. Mabel Knopp and a grand-niece and nephew. Mr. Hochstadler died 24 years ago.
